TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By ordering from Sky Bakery limited you agree on:
Our bakery is open from Monday to Friday for ordering and delivery from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Saturday from 12:00pm to 5:30pm
All payments needs to be confirmed and paid in full in order to process your order, either online, or via phone. For any orders via invoice, we recommend to pay it within 5 working days or as soon as possible as we may have to turn down your pending order at the last minute to give way to other paying customers.
Cakes, macarons, cookies, desserts, goods
All the products are hand made daily and fresh by our artisan chefs at the bakery so there might be slight variations on the look from the pictures displayed on this site. Packaging pictures might also change from time to time, depending on the season.
On the majority of times we will use our own trained drivers to deliver the goods in perfect conditions.
All the deliveries must be signed for
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product we will issue a refund, voucher, credit note or a new product for the same value after studying the case if:
We are notified within 24 hours of the problem and pictures are sent to email@example.com
the cake was broken or spoiled by our drivers.
we accidentally send you the wrong cake.
there was something wrong on the technical or artistic aspect on the design. *
* we will reserve the right to change structural part of the designs to make the product more harmonious without changing its agreed initial design.
We will not issue a refund if:
cake was not signed for
cake was spoiled, melted or broken by you.
you were not at home at the designated times *
if the flavour or colour wasn’t what you expected.
we are not notified within 24hours of the problem.
* If you are not at home at the designated times:
We will try to contact you as soon as possible to get your product delivered. After few attempts we will bring the cake back to the bakery, where it will be stored for 24hours. We will then not be responsible for naturally occurring changes to the product. No refunds will be given at this time.
All Refunds will take around 5-7 business days.
We don’t take responsibility for third party currier service provide by you. Once the cake leaves the workshop with an outside party curriers, sky bakery will not take responsibility for that delivery, even though we strongly recommend using a car or a van to transport your goods.
If placing a phone order:
All heaven cakes and plant based desserts must be order at least within 3 days in advance for delivery on the following day. Bespoke and artistry cakes and macarons must be order within at least 5 to 7 days in advance for delivery on the following day.
If ordering online
Our automated system will allocate your order accordingly for the fastest delivery day,
you may also choose from our digital calendar which day you would like the delivery to be made. We deliver mainly in London for a sur charge of between 15-20£ depending on the zone. Unless there is an special event or a cake montage prices delivery prices may vary. Sunday and bank holidays there will be a delivery charge of 50£ on top of your order.
Pick up orders
You may want to pick up your goods from our bakery. To do so you may order your goods via phone, email or online within 3-5 days in advance for smaller items such as macarons, cookies and 4-6 inches cakes. With 7 days in advance for larger items such as 8 inches cakes onward, or large macaron orders Max 200 pieces. Our bakery opens from 8:00am to 5:00 Monday to Friday and Saturday from 10:00am until 5:00pm

Cancelling a product or order
If you need to cancel a product or an order you may do it so by letting us know 7 days prior delivery and a full refund will be given. If you should cancel a product 4-6 days before delivery 50% of the value of the product will be given. 48 to 24 hour cancellation are not refundable.
For invoice/wholesale customers
14 day cancellation are refundable from the order date. 7 day cancellation are not refundable. (Although Credit notes may be given at sky bakery discretion)
We reserve the right to use product pictures for our own social media. If you are not happy for us to use your product picture, please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
